If you are recovering from injury, surgery or illness we can help by doing tailored 1-2-1 sessions with you. These can be arranged at a time convenient to you and will enable you to get the very best from rehabilitative exercise.


Many rehabilitation exercises are based on the Pilates method. Doing a 1-2-1 ensures that you have personal attention and therefor can make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly.

Danielle has helped many clients return to exercise after injury or start exercising in order to help certain conditions and has experience working alongside other health professionals such as physiotherapists and chiropractors.
