Group Classes

Our group classes are a great way to stay healthy and have fun. We offer a variety of classes that run throughout the year in half-termly blocks. To ensure that our students receive plenty of personal attention, we keep our classes small. Currently, all of our sessions are held in-person so that you can get personal attention throughout the classes. Join us and get moving!
