Beginner courses run through the year and are a great way to learn the basics or get back into exercising. With the complete beginner in mind the courses are slow paced and methodical with plenty of opportunity for personal attention and to ask questions.
Please note that due to covid restrictions the teacher will give more general feedback/corrections rather than coming to each individual in turn.
