Danielle

Danielle’s passion lies in Dance, health and well being and as such her classes involve combining movements together to create a sense of flow and rhythm whilst taking the time to discuss correct technique and the reasons behind these. Her theory being that it is always easier to do something if we know the ‘why’s’ and the ‘hows’ .

Danielle has trained and taught as a dance teacher for over 17 years. Since qualifying in 2012 in Pilates matwork she has taken further training to equip her to work with exercise referral clients, pre and post-natal women and those suffering from chronic low back pain. Continually increasing her knowledge, Danielle keeps herself up to date with the latest research and recommendations returning to University in 2017 to complete her Dance Science Msc Her patient and empathetic nature  along  with an abundant passion and enthusiasm for what she does will leave you leaving feeling totally refreshed and ready to take on the world.

"I have attended Danielle’s Pilates classes for the past year and her commitment, knowledge and enthusiasm is first class. She is a professional instructor who moves at a pace that accommodates everyone and adapts exercises for those who have injuries and/or problem areas. Pilates has made an enormous difference to my lower back and posture issues. Danielle’s classes are fun, yet well structured, covering a variety of exercises. I would Highly recommend Danielle to anyone, beginner or experienced in Pilates"

What our customers say...

"Danielle has given me one to one lessons for well over a year now and I feel so much stronger after a Hip replacement Op.

She explains everything so well and has a deep knowledge of how the muscles in the body work.

As the lessons have progressed I feel stronger and stress free after each lesson. She is a delight and fun to be with. I am so lucky to have found Danielle and can strongly recommend her"

Elyse Alperstein

"I first went to Danielle’s Pilates classes about a year ago, I have been doing Pilates for about 7 years and it was so refreshing to go to Danielle’s class. She is the best trainer I have ever had. She encourages me to keep improving and to get stronger and stronge.

Danielle is professional and has a very caring attitude towards her teaching, she uses different equipment in her lessons for example balls and elastic bands which introduces variety to the lessons.

Training with her is a highly motivating and fulfilling experience; she is passionate and enthusiastic which rubs off in the class. I cannot recommend Danielle enough and always look forward to her lessons.”
