Mindful Business Practices
We are passionate about conscious, mindful living and it is hugely important that our business practice reflects this.
Despite being a small business, we know the importance of sowing the seed, of being leaders. Being mindful of our practices here, will send a ripple effect to others and together we can make a change.
Here are the steps we currently take to be more ethical and environmentally friendly in business.

Equipment
When it is safe to do so we use second hand equipment rather than new. Where possible we use eco friendly and ethical companies and bulk buy in order to decrease delivery

The studio
White goods such as toilet roll and hand paper are not not only made from recycled materials but also recycled.
We have optional paper hand towels and a fabric towel which is washed weekly helping reduce the paper waste
Ethical Banking
Our company uses banks with a greater emphasis on ethical values

Shopping Local
We work hard to source as much as possible from local businesses

Community/charity events
We offer community classes for charities and other community led organisations- this year we have delivered sessions for the Heron club, Godmanchester community nursery and will also be taken part in the wild about Huntingdon weekend. If you would like us to come to your event or deliver some sessions please get in touch to discuss.

"I have attended Danielle’s Pilates classes for the past year and her commitment, knowledge and enthusiasm is first class. She is a professional instructor who moves at a pace that accommodates everyone and adapts exercises for those who have injuries and/or problem areas. Pilates has made an enormous difference to my lower back and posture issues. Danielle’s classes are fun, yet well structured, covering a variety of exercises. I would Highly recommend Danielle to anyone, beginner or experienced in Pilates"

What our customers say...
"Danielle has given me one to one lessons for well over a year now and I feel so much stronger after a Hip replacement Op.
She explains everything so well and has a deep knowledge of how the muscles in the body work.
As the lessons have progressed I feel stronger and stress free after each lesson. She is a delight and fun to be with. I am so lucky to have found Danielle and can strongly recommend her"
Elyse Alperstein
"I first went to Danielle’s Pilates classes about a year ago, I have been doing Pilates for about 7 years and it was so refreshing to go to Danielle’s class. She is the best trainer I have ever had. She encourages me to keep improving and to get stronger and stronge.
Danielle is professional and has a very caring attitude towards her teaching, she uses different equipment in her lessons for example balls and elastic bands which introduces variety to the lessons.
Training with her is a highly motivating and fulfilling experience; she is passionate and enthusiastic which rubs off in the class. I cannot recommend Danielle enough and always look forward to her lessons.”
