Service Description
In this session we will look at some of the common exercises we do on the mat and how we can use the large apparatus to find more power and freedom of movement. IMPORTANT- This workshop is ONLY for those who have taken Pilates classes with me in the past and not suitable for beginners or those new to the studio. We reserve the right to refuse entry (without refund) if you have not been to classes before - this is due to safety reasons. Please get in touch if you are new and would like to join this session (info@daniellejulienne.co.uk) as I can make other sessions available to you in the future that will be suitable.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy We kindly ask all clients to read this policy carefully before making a booking. By booking with us, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms below: 1. Bookings (Classes, Courses & Workshops) All bookings made with Danielle Julienne Ltd are final. Once a class, course, workshop or event is booked, no cancellations, refunds, swaps or credits are offered. Each booking is for one specific item only, exactly as described at the time of booking. Bookings cannot be transferred to another class, course, workshop, date, time or person. Please double-check the session title, date, time, level and description before completing your booking. 2. Suitability & Client Responsibility It is the sole responsibility of the booker and the attending client to ensure that: - The session booked is suitable for their physical condition, experience level and health status. - They have read and understood the session description and any important notes, including guidance on who can and cannot take part. - There will be no refunds, credits or swaps will be given if a client later finds that a session is unsuitable for them. Danielle Julienne Ltd does not accept liability for injury, loss or damage where this results from a client’s failure to read or follow session descriptions, suitability guidance or important notes. If you are unsure whether a class, course or workshop is appropriate for you, please contact us before booking. 3. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes We do not offer cancellations, refunds, swaps or credits for missed sessions, late arrivals, change of mind, illness, injury, travel issues or scheduling conflicts. This applies to all classes, courses and workshops, whether booked individually or as part of a series. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 4. Waitlists Where a waitlist is available, joining the waitlist does not guarantee a space. If a space becomes available, it will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a waitlisted booking is confirmed, it is subject to the same no cancellation, no refund, no transfer terms as all other bookings. 5. Need Help or Clarification?
