Roll and Relax 

Self-massage followed by a guided relaxation session

We are so excited to be able to offer this wonderful workshop!!

Our workshops guide you through some of the best techniques to target tight and sore parts of the body. Working from the feet all the way up to the body. We will be using rubber balls of different sizes to effectively self-massage muscles and fascia through the body taking time to observe the benefits of the roll outs. This will be followed by some gentle stretches and a guided relaxation session helping you further unwind and relax.

IMPORTANT - 

This workshop is suitable for those in good health. Due to the pressure of the balls on the body it is not recommended for:

- Osteoporosis

- ANY condition that may cause easy bruising or swelling

- Those undergoing cancer treatment or with active cancer

- during pregnancy

- Any other medical condition where massage has been advised against
