BUMPS TO BABIES
We offer 1-2-1 antenatal and postnatal session in both Pilates and yoga. At such a special time in your life it is important to look after yourself especially after giving birth when your body needs plenty of time to repair and restore itself. we are fully qualified level 3 pre and post natal trained and you are welcome to bring your little bundle of joy along to the classes.
